Finder's Service

We offer a Property Finding Service to Investors who want a better return on Investment and wish to build a Portfolio of Investment Properties in the Doncaster Area. Some of the Properties may already have Tenants in them and where the house is empty on completion we use our Letting Services to identify suitable tenants for your house.

Doncaster is currently experiencing a number of Regeneration Projects which has accounted for an average of 30% capital growth in the region in the last year. About 10,000 new jobs have been created in the last 3 years and unemployment has been reduced from 25% to about 5% through various projects and initiatives in Doncaster.


Our Finder's Services include:

  1. Sourcing Suitable Investment Properties.
  2. Negotiating a Fair Price for your Investment
  3. Arranging a Pre-purchase survey - this involves conducting a Homebuyer's report which helps to identify pitfalls which a Standard Lender's Survey may not reveal. At this stage it may be prudent to walk away.
  4. Obtaining digital images of property and forwarding this electronically or otherwise to proposed Investor.
  5. Coordinating survey on behalf of the Lender.
  6. Liaising with Mortgage Broker,Solicitor and Estate Agent to ensure a speedy completion.


    7. Our Fees

      We maintain a flexible fee structure to suit the needs of our clients

    1. Comprehensive package which includes
      Finder's Service
      Homebuyer's Report
      Finding a suitable Tenant
      Drawing up tenancy Agreement
      We charge a fee of £750.00
       For those Investors who use this service we waive the Tenant's initial set up fee.

    2. In cases where we conduct a Homebuyer's report and decide to walk away, a cost of £250.00 will be incurred.


    3. Where an Investor does not require a Homebuyer's report we charge a fee of £500.00 For those Investors who use this service we waive the Tenant's initial set up fee.

      There are no hidden charges. The only cost to be met before completion is that for the Homebuyer's report.
